If your inverter does not work, our service staff will check if an exchange or repair is required. 

• Please write to service@solarwonderland.com or call us on 1300 919 775.  Please note that our service staff will ask you for the serial number of your inverter and the error code the inverter is showing.
• Please fill in the requested data of Service Request Form, print the form and send it via email to service@solarwonderland.com.
• We will decide whether a replacement or repair is required and contact you within 24 hours after we receive the Service Request Form.
